TenderlyTaught Educational Services Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”, “TenderlyTaught”) used in this terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) are referred to as “TenderlyTaught”, which is the brand name of TenderlyTaught Educational Service Private Limited. TenderlyTaught is one of the fastest growing 100% online educational services organisation.
The term “user” includes not only the student who is registered with TenderlyTaught but also the Parents and the student’s family member as it is considered that the students below 18 years of age are using our website or the Application under the supervision and guidance of the Parent/ student’s family member. This policy document is designed to ensure a structured, fair, and productive learning environment. All students that are enrolled in TenderlyTaught’s Entering English Medium (EEM) are requested to comply with the terms, conditions, policies and rules mentioned below.

### **1. Attendance** –
**Attendance Requirement: ** Students are expected to attend all scheduled live sessions and participate actively in discussions and group activities. TenderlyTaught expects students to achieve 90% attendance every month. Students must inform the Teacher in advance if they are unable to attend a session. If student fail to fulfil this criterion, He/she will be terminated for the rest of the year as an action of discipline.

###**2. Participation Policy**
Regular participation in online classes, online forums, assignments, and group projects is mandatory and will be tracked as part of the student’s overall grade. Recording for the sessions or scheduling a separate class for students that were absent may be offered at the Teacher’s discretion.

### **3. Academic Integrity Policy**
All submitted work must be original. Plagiarism, including copying from peers or online sources without proper citation, is strictly prohibited. Any form of cheating, including unauthorized use of resources during exams or sharing exam content with others, will result in disciplinary action. If any such mal practice is found, the student will be immediately terminated and will not be able to continue studying at TenderlyTaught for the rest of the year.

### **4. Code of Conduct**

– **Respectful Communication:** All students and staff are expected to communicate respectfully in all interactions, including in discussions, emails, WhatsApp individual or group chat, and online forums.

– **Harassment and Discrimination:** – Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic is not tolerated.

– **Consequences:** – Violations of the code of conduct may result in suspension, expulsion, or other disciplinary actions.

### **5. Grading and Assessment Policy**

– **Grading System:** – Grades will be based on a combination of assignments, participation, exams, and projects. The grading scale will be clearly outlined at the start of each course.

– **Late Submissions:** – Assignments submitted after the deadline may incur penalties unless an extension has been granted due to valid reasons.

– **Appeals:** – Students may appeal grades by submitting a formal request within [number] of days of receiving their grade. Appeals will be reviewed by a panel.

### **6. Privacy and Data Protection Policy**

### **7. Technology Use Policy**

– **Required Technology:** Students must have access to a reliable internet connection and a mobile phone, Tablet, or personal computer that meets the minimum technical requirements specified here by us. Phone / Tablet that supports 4G or 5G internet. A personal computer that has a 50 MBPS speed internet connection. Preferably fibre optic connection

– **Software and Platforms:** – Students are required to use the TenderlyTaught approved and provided software and platforms for all online classes and assignments.

– **Prohibited Activities: ** – Unauthorized access to or disruption of the TenderlyTaught’s digital platforms, including hacking or sharing login credentials, is strictly forbidden. If student does not comply with TenderlyTaught’s technology use policy, he /she will be terminated for the rest of the year as an action of discipline.

### **8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy** –
**Withdrawal Process:** – Students wishing to withdraw from a course or the program must submit a written request to the administration.

– **No Refunds:** – No Refund will be given if the students during any time after admission decide to leave the classes (withdraw) that our provided by TenderlyTaught under Entering English Medium (EEM) program.

### **9. Disability and Accessibility Policy**

– **Accommodations:** – The TenderlyTaught is committed to providing equal access to education for all students, including those with disabilities. Reasonable accommodations will be made upon request.

– **Requesting Accommodations:** – Students should contact the TenderlyTaught’s disability services office to discuss their needs and obtain necessary accommodations.

– **Confidentiality:** – All information regarding a student’s disability and accommodations will be kept confidential.

### **10. Intellectual Property Policy**

– **Study Materials:** – All study materials provided by Teachers are the intellectual property of the TenderlyTaught and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without permission.

– **Student Work:** – Students retain the rights to their original work submitted during the course, but by submitting, they grant TenderlyTaught a non-exclusive license to use it for educational purposes.

### **11. Complaint and Grievance Policy**

– **Filing a Complaint:** Students who have a grievance related to their educational experience should first attempt to resolve the issue with the Teacher or relevant staff member.

– **Formal Grievance Process:** If the issue is not resolved, a formal grievance can be submitted in writing to the TenderlyTaught’s administration, which will review and respond within a specified timeframe.

– **Resolution:** TenderlyTaught will strive to resolve all complaints fairly and in a timely manner, with final decisions being communicated to all parties involved.

###**12. Acknowledgement
All the students, parents, student’s family member clearly understand that TenderlyTaught is an online educational services organisation providing following services.
– Help to learn English Through our Entering English Medium (EEM) Program.
– Providing educational consultation to parents, student’s family member, and students.
– Providing special or all subject tuition classes to students whose parents or student’s family member wish to homeschool their children.
– Providing tuition classes to students who are appearing for the Open Basic Education (OBE) Program, secondary (10th class) or Senior Secondary (12th class) at the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

###**13. Communication Consent
This is to acknowledge that students, parent or student’s family member are giving TenderlyTaught permission to save their contact detail in our database and use it for promotion and further communication.

###**14 True Information

All the information that is provided by the student’s parents, student’s family member, or student is true and there is no manipulation in the information

###**15. Consent to Share Reference Contact Details

By providing reference contact details to TenderlyTaught Educational Services Private Limited (“TenderlyTaught”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Voluntary Consent: You acknowledge that providing reference contact details is voluntary and you have obtained the necessary consent from the individuals whose contact details you are sharing with us.
  2. Use of Information: You authorize TenderlyTaught to contact the provided references for the purpose of verifying your application, qualifications, and background as part of our educational services process.
  3. Privacy and Confidentiality: TenderlyTaught will handle all reference contact details with the utmost confidentiality and will use this information solely for the intended purpose. The information will not be shared with any third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.
  4. Accuracy of Information: You confirm that the reference contact details provided are accurate and up-to-date. You also acknowledge that TenderlyTaught is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the contact details provided.
